Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Little Digital Group, LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates SlabScout. By creating an account or using slabscout.com, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use SlabScout.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use SlabScout. Give us accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us right away at support@slabscout.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What SlabScout provides

SlabScout shows sales data, price estimates, portfolio values and alerts for graded trading cards. This information is based on past marketplace sales and is provided for general information only.

  • It is not financial, investment or appraisal advice.
  • Past sales don't guarantee what a card will sell for. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, for example when a listing is matched to the wrong card or a marketplace hides a final price.
  • You are responsible for your own buying, selling and collecting decisions.

SlabScout is not affiliated with PSA, Beckett, CGC, SGC, eBay or any other grader or marketplace. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Plans and billing

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits described on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and applicable taxes may be added.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't refund partial periods.
  • If we change a plan's price, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period after that.

Acceptable use

You may use SlabScout for your own collecting, buying and selling, including as a dealer. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from SlabScout by automated means.
  • Resell, republish or redistribute SlabScout data in bulk, or use it to build a competing service.
  • Share your account or get around plan limits.
  • Copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its security.
  • Use SlabScout for anything unlawful.

Content

SlabScout, including its software, design and compiled data, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms.

The portfolio entries, alerts and other information you add remain yours. You let us store and process them to provide the service to you.

Ending your account

You can stop using SlabScout and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the disclaimers and limits on liability, continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

SlabScout is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or losses from buying or selling cards, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to SlabScout is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of SlabScout or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email before they take effect. Continuing to use SlabScout after that means you accept the updated terms.
